After converting the binary DOCSIS file into a text file the ServiceFlowReference value is shown as hex string like below
ServiceFlowReference 00:65; /* TLV: [23.3]/
Its expected to b shown as
ServiceFlowReference 603; / TLV: [23.3]*/
