Describe the bug

The Teams Messages sample for GraphPresenter is not working and displays no content.

Is this bug a regression in the toolkit? If so, what toolkit version did you last see it work:

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run the SampleTest app
Navigate to the GraphPresenter tab
Navigate to the Teams Messages tab
See no content

Expected behavior

Teams messages should display via GraphPresenter.
