As an admin or salesperson, I would like to generate a pdf of an invoice so that I can show it to my customer as a proof of transaction.

This library looks good: https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-pdf

Here are some samples: (All of them roughly have the same format)
TAX INVOICE_INV0001.pdf
CREDIT NOTE_CN0001.pdf
RECEIVE_R0001.pdf
