[Feature] Divergences for oscillators such as RSI or MACD #440

Hello,

It would be great to have indicators that find divergences between the price and oscillators such as RSI and MACD.

If someone is interested we could develop them among several, only that my knowledge in Python is not very advanced.

Those are examples in Pine Script, maybe they can be of help:
