search engine doesn't see update date

When searching for past year in https://search.brave.com/ pages which were obviously updated since then doesn't pop up. =(

I guess some settings are not correct. I mean it looks like the website indicates wrong date of last update to the search engine. What I was checking is for the same request it shows as a top result without constraining and vanishes from the first page when constrained. I checked the page resulting in top was updated like half a year ago.

I'm not sure how to fix
