Consider yanking kube support?

The kubectl create secret ... feature is unused by DBC afaik, and it's arguably not how people want to store secrets in Kubernetes anymore.

Motivation: Maintaining and upgrading Faythe becomes easier with fewer lines of code, especially when we don't have any testers for a specific feature.

The README should be somewhat rewritten if we do this.
