Develop facilities for metadata template integration in .irods files, including json round trip, discovery, and interface creation support.

We can add some functions to dot irods utils like

listSubdirsOfType(subdir name)

and just give 'mdtemplate' as a parameter, then we can reuse those methods for other special .irods types like virtual collections

listSubdirsOfTypeForUser(subdir name, use)

listSubdirsOfTypeInParenter(subdir name, current irodsPath)

See what I mean? We can still put that sort of gathering of public, user, and collection based special .irods files in dot-irods-utils and not pollute other special types.
