Since the project is supposed to be used for DICOM files with RTDOSE modality the following sources are sample RTDOSE files. They seem to be bundled together with Computed Tomography (CT) files alongside other RT- modality files. According to this paper RTDOSE files, unlike CT files, store all planes in one file instead of keeping each plane in one file.
NBIA
This archive contains six collections with some RTDOSE files: Vestibular-Schwannoma-SEG
Collection brain scans of over 200 patients with 2 files for each of them, using different imaging. Head-Neck-PET-CT
RTDOSE files for over 200 patients with history of head and neck cancer, multiple files per patient taken at different dates, although dates are changed for de-identification. HNSCC
Head and neck scans for 200 more patients. Head-Neck Cetuximab
Head and neck scans for 100 more patients. HNSCC-3DCT-RT
Some more head and neck scans, the description of this collection claims high-resolution scans, but unfortunately it appears to only apply to CT scans and not to doses, which seem to be of similar sizes to previous ones. TCGA-HNSC
A few more head and necks scans.
Cups
8 RTDOSE files of coffee cups placed differently.
SlicerRT Data
Repository with a lot of sample DICOM files, including RTDOSE files. In particular this collection contains almost 50 files, most notably two zip files, taking up almost 200MB after unpacking. This one is the biggest RTDOSE file I've come across so far - 512x512x390, while most files don't exceed 300 pixels in any direction.
Stanford AIMI
I couldn't load any of the datasets, it might have been a temporary issue though.
GDCMData
Sample data used by GDCM, including various corner cases for DICOM reading, which results in dcmdump exploding into errors and warnings whenever I try to scan more than one file at the time, so it's hard to check modality of those files. I decided to include it, because it might be useful for testing DICOM reader.
