Hi there,

Thanks for you developing mhca. Is there a function to extract protein seq from the annotation?

Could you please explain how to determine intron-exon boundaries in the assembly?

Is it possible to keep partial gene? It seems only complete gene will be kept.

What does option manual_corrections mean?
