File name with attribute ":" can't be named at Windows, getting error #492

Describe the bug
On the windows app can't make file with ":" as there not chance to name like that anything at Windows

":file.mp3.temp"

ERROR Message[93]: could not be downloaded due to following exception: media_downloader.py:229
[[WinError 87] The parameter is incorrect].
