Compatibility issue with Weather2 and tough as nails

There is a compatibility issue with the weather2 mod and tough as nails
Weather2:
Your mod only detects vanilla rain and doesn’t detect weather2 rain...so no hydrometer
Tough as nails:
The thermometer doesn’t detect tough as nails seasons so the crops won't adapt to the changing seasons and the thermometer won't function correctly.

Finally got around to looking at this. I was traveling and couldn't dig into things until now.

I'll yoink the TAN code that Corosauce added, that should fix that. Not sure I can do anything about Weather2
