This is the highest version of Spring boot migration that will not require changing the underlyign jdk to JDK 17

Still in progress, thymeleaf errors, at the moment. SHould be concluded inthis new sprint

This has been merged to dev, will be released to gwas-snoopy later today, for more Ui check and testing
