Image viewer on Dev doesn't allow for viewing of image header

🐛 Describe the Bug

@yuliujpl the image viewer on EDRN LabCAS Dev does not allow me to view the headers (unless it's changed and i don't see it).

Can you please update to allow viewing of the DICOM header?

@yuliujpl Can you please take a look at the image viewer in Dev? I need this feature to check all of the LTP2 images. Thanks!
