OSU pt2pt test don't run on node-parts for GPUs.

The jitter from other jobs within the node is valid for CPU but for exclusively available non-shared GPUs even within node-parts the pt2pt tests can run.
Reasoning for this to be available is also because full GPU nodes are expensive and within systems the availability can be low.

TODO:

• Change filter scales function for GPU tests and allow node-parts.
• Include more logic to check if there are at least 2 GPUs for the pt2pt tests.
