The board is turning ON as soon as the battery or charger is connected, and there is a continuous beep after the melody when you try to turn it OFF - TIP 127 not shorted at all

What is the bug and how to reproduce it ?

When i plug the HB in, it starts up instantly, and when i try to turn it off, it beeps continously. All those issues point to here, however, it is not shorted. i tested all possible combinations of pins on the tip127, but none of them were shorted. i suspect its something very similar but i am just not familiar enough with these boards to know
