Impelement a way to spectate commander:

A simple follow on where commander is looking at from topdown POV at first would be enough.

Plusses:

Add the commander GUI on top.
If possible track which GUI menu(Build|Advanced|Assist|Equip) is open.
Track mouse movement.
Track which thing he has selected: Medpack/Turret factory etc.
