Been a while so doing this from memory, sorry if fixed lately.

When running phpstan I have most config options set in the neon file but I still need the CLI arg --error-format gitlab > file_path.json but this requires a whole separate gitlab-ci job. It would be great if this could be set in a config file so I/we could consolidate to one less CI job (last time I checked it couldn't).

I will submit a PR eventually, if nobody has a workaround?
