Test EWF with apache, nginx, lighttpd, IIS, ... especially for FastCGI

the goal is to know if we can run easily on any httpd server/platform

Windows 64bits + apache2 = ok
Windows 32bits + apache2 = ok
Windows 64bits + IIS = ok
Windows 32bits + IIS = not tested
Linux 64bits + apache2 = ok
Linux 64bits + lighttpd = Not tested
Linux 64bits + nginx = Not tested

however in the past, I tested successfully
libfcgi/EWF on

• windows + apache2
• windows + IIS
• linux + apache2

I haven't tried with lighttpd and nginx
