订阅地址无法访问

curl无法访问我的订阅地址，同一个网段下的两个ip，一个能访问，一个不能访问，不知道什么情况
不能访问的会报错：

Clash订阅地址不可访问！ [FAILED]

一样的问题：
运行sudo bash start.sh

报错curl: (28) Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
有时也会报错：curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: 连接被对方重设 in connection to sub.wl-sub1.com:443
已经尝试过更新订阅地址
