Turn on Totem bar from Action Bars

Expected Behavior
All icons are aligned.

Actual Behavior
The icon for "Totemic Recall" is not alignment with other totem icons. If you look at the picture below carefully, you will find the icon for "Totemic Recall" is a few pixels higher than other icons.
