Jetpack Markdown support causes additional backslash to be inserted before # #305

The code is in a three-backtick code block inside the markdown.

This is with version 4.3.1 of the plugin with the two commits to add Jetpack Markdown support backported (a4ecb65 91c81b4).

When disabling the Enlighter plugin, the markdown code block is rendered correctly without the additional backslashes.
