We want to implement Sentry bug reporting.

There's currently a blocking issue over on the sentry-javascript side, which makes it not work properly with tsx at the moment.
The issue is being tracked here: getsentry/sentry-javascript#12485

Once this is resolved, we should be able to implement Sentry.
