Investigate how the encore pipeline queues multiple input sources to the encore api #60

During early testing there was a problem with the encore api where jobs got stuck when queueing from multiple input sources.

Reproduction steps:
Add more than one source in the inputs[] parameter in the pipeline configuration and run createJob() like in the example.
