Assistance in analysis of FCS data using a two-component model with antigens and antibodies #197

I am not sure about analyzing some data related to the binding of antibodies and antigens with the two-component 3D model. If I wanted to find the fraction bound, would I need to experimentally find the tau of the antigen alone and the second tau of the antigen and antibody fully 100% bound I assume? Or is that assumption wrong?

I appreciate any help on this Thank you!

In general, I would answer your question with "yes". If you are lucky, then the different lag times are separated well enough and you don't have to do this. Unfortunately, I cannot give you more advice.
