Cannot define a Content\Coverage? #2

It seems that the metadata editor is not sending the data added in the "Content\Coverage" section.
When trying to select "Main Sector" -> "Economics statics" - > "Any value" the
"uncaught exception: Can't add objects when itemValue option is not set"
is shown in the console
