Selective Parsing

I've got a unique issue. When I use my main toon, the Parser plugin works only for that toon and it will not parse anyone else. When I log in my secondary toon, it works perfectly fine and parses all the others around me, from Party, Alliance and Others.

In both situations, the settings in the FFXIVApp are identical. So how is it that when using 2 different toons give me 2 different results?

In each character, in-game do you have a tab that has ALL battle related data turned on? I know when I setup my second character it was a pain in the butt to go through and make all HUD and log setup match what I have on my other character.
