The URL http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/genenames/new/json/non_alt_loci_set.json doesn't exist anymore. New URL is probably http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/genenames/out_of_date_hgnc/json/non_alt_loci_set.json
