lets catch this error:
21:06:57 nanoc.fosdem.org build[670]: PIL.UnidentifiedImageError: cannot identify image file '/usr/share/webapps/pretalxevent/media/avatars/xxx.jpg

The error is now catched, and the image can be replaced, but it is still weird this occurs. ImageField should not have invalid files.
