Events display a day early

When I have events scheduled with recurring instances, it will display the event a day early.

I have worked more on this and found the first event displays on the proper day and the following years the events are a day early. I do have my own server at my fingers so I know all the timezones are set properly. The calendar will display properly on owncloud (that is the caldav I am using) for every year.

A fix has come up on this. Works for me. Check out fasterit/roundcube_calendar#7
