/centerview doesn't snap the view to the center of the screen

Similarly to issue #80 (which was recently fixed), /centerview in the console actually moves the crosshair a bit too far down on the screen. I have a feeling that this was fixed along with issue #80, but as I don't have access to the 4.3.3 build, I can't be sure.
