[4.3.4] Server freezing/crashing on some maps

Some maps (e.g. wop_huette_b4 or wop_jail_b4) which worked well previously crash the server in 4.3.4. These maps can be loaded and explored fine (e.g. with the /map command). But when other players (or bots) join and the counter for the game to start reaches 0, the server freezes.
I haven't played UrT in years, so I cannot say when this started happening. All I can say is that these maps worked well in 4.2.
If the problem lies with the maps, I'd be willing to try to fix them, unfortunately, I cannot find anything as to what might be the possible source of the crash.
