Show Map only when Geo.json is available

As a user I only want to see the map integration if the selected data resource has a geo.json in its detail information.

Technical Details

If the geo.json is available, it's in the domain specific resource data --> in General property --> media --> type: "Routing".
The url is a public available link.

Dependencies

Before the start of this ticket, the implementation of the map viewer needs to be merged.

Acceptance criteria:

• if geo.json is available and virtual city systems viewer can be successfully started the map is shown
• if there is no geo.json available or the viewer throws an error, the whole map card is not shown.
• The action card is always on the bottom right regardless of whether the card is there or not.
