1.0.0.0 - 1.0.8.0 Social Club Browser isn't functional anymore gta4Browser.exe

I have discovered that the social club TV service isn't functional anymore, I have recreated the servers but it requires edits to the dns to point tv.rockstargames.com and etc to my server, I would like to see someone make a asi plugin with INI configuration or something that can edit the domains it connects instead of using tv.rockstargames.com so I could use anything for example like google.com
GTA IV takes a long time to start because it tries to wait for a timeout before the game actually shows the legal screens.

these are the URL's I want to change in the ini
but sadly they are encoded in a way I cant edit them in a hex editor.
