Swimming anims also have camera stuttering when turning wth a controller

There was a bug where the camera stutters when turning Niko while he was moving with a controller. This was Fixed in Fusion Fix, but the lastest versions don't address that the camera stutter also occurs while swimming. I found the bug playing as Niko, and it's similar to when you were running but you are swimming instead. I didn't test if this occurs on Johnny and Luis. If they share the same swimming animations with Niko then the bug might occur on them too.
