[TLAD] Other non-equipable shotguns can be equipped while on a bike when activating a weapon cheat code (sort of)

The steps are just like with the P90 bug on TBoGT. To reproduce:

1: While on a bike, equip the Sawed-off Shotgun (only shotgun that can be normally equipped while on a bike, if I remember correctly).

2: Activate a cheat code that will give you another shotgun in your inventory, be it the Pump Shotgun, Combat Shotgun, or Assault Shotgun alongside other weapons of course.

3: Now supposedly, you have the unequippable shotgun equipped (its icon will show on the top-right of the screen) on a bike since you were holding the Sawed-off Shotgun (same weapon slot). However this time, you cannot pull out the shotgun and shoot with it unless, of course, you get off the bike. You will be able to shoot again if you cycle through other weapons while on a bike and you also won't be able to re-select said shotgun again unless you repeat these steps.

I’m already using FusionFix v3.0.8 and have tried using the latest git build of FusionFix. Playing on a controller/gamepad.

This bug might trigger some people as to why they can't shoot back all of a sudden lol.
