Missing freezer-js state handling

Since we're collecting all of them, there's freezer for state handling too, which is missing implementation here.

I've only done few simple modifications for some existing freezer-using code, so I don't have any real experience on it. I only read up on it and noticed that it fits this site pretty well. Chances of me doing a PR on that are slim.
