Hacer esta tarea al estilo subida de namedmaps.
Solo leerá la config para coger los datos de conexión.
Las subscripciones a borrar serán las que se pasen por parámetro, pero al estilo LIKE: parking_%.
Leerá los id en PSQL, borrará en ORION y si consigue borrar, borrará en PSQL.
