iLvl showing for items with no iLvl

I just noticed that when I open my bags, items that never used to show an item level are now showing an item level. For example: Healing and Mana potions, enchanters velum, conjured mana bun, contracts for rep. Other items such as the furbog handin items, bouders and dreamsurge coelecence are not showing anything. Screenshot below:

Disabling the ItemLevel addon removes these numbers.
