Hide horizontal scroll bar for database views

On many pages the horizontal scroll bar can be really annoying to look at especially on non full width pages. It would be nice to have it hidden or temporarily hidden if not being used. A lot of the time the view is barely too wide and it shows the scroll bar when its not necessary
