Description

In the metrics

  • Robustness
  • Bribery
  • probably others, too

we assume that a max./min. allocation cap has an impact on the result.
We should examine further to understand how capping/quorum affects the result and if adding such elements can increase Robustness/Resistance to Bribery, etc. of Majoritarian Phantoms, too.

Goal

Replace R3/R4 voting rule in our simulations by a generalized Normalized Median to reduce time and efforts to simulate

Context:

Definition Caps

R4:
GOV-20

Definition Quorum

R3: GOV-19

Todo:

  • @nimrodtalmon77 to review the Formal Specification and see with we can replace R3/R4 voting rule with a generalized normalized Median
  • @nimrodtalmon77 to provide Mohammad with a specification to implement the new generalized Normalized Median
