Using name of the StructureDef instead of type when rendering polymorphic elements in logical models #978

When rendering a logical model with polymoprhic elements, the rule capitalizes the full URL of the LM.type. This looks like this:

It seems that the logical models MUST have type as a full URL (which is not that clear from the spec but seems to be where we have agreement) - https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/channel/215610-shorthand/topic/sushi.20handling.20of.20polymorphic.20elements.20in.20data.20models
