期望产品同步推出一个类似esapi的一个通用组件
该组件提供一系列函数可以对发现的有缺陷的输入参数，提供通用过滤的这么一个功能
当开发人员看到有输入参数导致的漏洞，直接用通用组件处理输入的变量，达到快速安全整改的目的
