Feature Request

Add Docker image to easily deploy

• Add Dockerfile to generate docker image
• Add Makefile to mantain names and more for docker image
• Upload docker image to DockerHub to be used

I'll submit a PR some time this weekend with a Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml and some of the Makefile stuff.

For now, I'll leave it as variables in the Makefile as to where to push it on DockerHub, and ill probably have docker-compose build locally, but that's easy enough to swap out once you folks have an org / project over on DockerHub and automatic builds set up.
