Checkout: Object ref not set error

Describe the bug

After upgrading from 3.4.1 to 3.5.0, Checkout stops working at LoadCheckoutModel() -> model.AESEncryptInitVector = settingsRepo.FindSingleSetting(1, Constants.STORESETTING_AESINITVECTOR).SettingValue;

Software Versions

• DNN: 09.08.01
• Hotcakes: 03.05.00

Expected behavior

Checkout loads normally

Actual behavior

After upgrading from 3.4.1 to 3.5.0, checkout crashes due to a NullReferenceException

I've checked AESInitVector and AESKey and all are setted for each shop.
the error remains even if I delete all the contents of the Views/Checkout folder, so I think it is an error of the checkout module and not something in the views.
Please Help, I've five eshop stopped for this error!
