UI only spans have the Application

Currently the UI of the application only spans about half of the application window. This results in rather small area to view the student list and hence can be cumbersome to use the application.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the application by running the jar file as specified in the user guide:

Expected Result:
The UI should span the entire application for ease of viewing and the remaining bottom part of the application should not be blank.

Actual Result:
The UI does not span the entirety of the application.

Team's Response

We reject this bug. The reasons are as follows:

• This is merely a cosmetic issue and at most warrants a "Very Low" severity.

• We believe that this is not a bug, as this does not affect normal usage of the application and is only present whenever users expand the application to more than its intended size.

Reason for disagreement: An inability to expand the application window beyond the given size, which is rather small, is very limiting and itself would be a major bug. The size of the panels in the application should adjust according to the window size that the user adjusts it to otherwise it prevents users from viewing the application to their own adjusted size which is a hindrance to their use, since some users may want to adjust the application window for particular needs/certain devices may have usability impaired.
