Feature: create a splash screen

Description:

The Playtify app lacks a splash screen, which adds a more visually appealing look. Use banner-image as an asset and make a splash screen, also add proper routing for it using the provider package.

Tips for the issue:

• Ensure the splash screen remains visible for a few seconds (e.g., 2-3 seconds) to give users a brief introduction to the app.
• Splash screen should be responsive

To do:

• Ask us to assign the issue
• Once the issue is assigned, you can start working on it
• Create a PR

Note:
