Missing fields from CINECA WP4/WP5 dataset matrix

Following fields from WP4/5 dataset matrix are missing in minimum metadata model, hence from GECKO. We might want to add some of them to the model.

• DAC contact information (e-mail, URL, dbGaP, etc)
• imputation reference panel
• Phenotype data
• Case / Control
• Case Only
• Controller
• Additional links
• genotype reference genome
• APIs and data access
• Applicability for use cases

Sorry I was not clear before.
CINECA WP4 and WP5 are have use case queries that they plan to make in Beacon. They have this document containing query fields that they will have. It would be good to add some of them to the model, so the model cover their use cases. I believe not all fields are worthy of adding. I did a quick comparison with WP3 Minimum Metadata Model and listed the missing fields (above).
