Add donate button to more locations

@MirandaEcho They aren't using a template for articles that uses a sidebar.

Make it stand out in the menu?

How much more do we want to make it stand out in the menu area since there's the donate button in the header right above it?

Currently on staging, I've added the Largo Donate widget to:

• Homepage sidebar
• Footer 2 (middle footer area)

Should we add it anywhere else?
