Are we keeping the Best_Wordpress_Gallery shortcode plugin?

If we're removing this plugin, we'll need to either remove references to it from posts, or write a shim shortcode handler that does either:

• returns no markup, making the shortcode quietly disappear
• returns some expected markup, which will require figuring out where the gallery IDs come from and parsing the galleries for their content, before rendering it in a Largo-friendly fashion.
