  • Its showing up on all pages, and right at the top, which blocks navigation
  • It needs to be on article only, and only after a certain scroll distance
  • Since read next is still at the bottom of pages, we may just remove this.

@josh, let's remove since it seems like the would be quicker than fixing the issues with where it appears and removing read next from the bottom of the article template.
